Refund policy

If the products you have purchased are faulty we are happy to provide you a full product exchange or full refund. All products sold by Fetch A Deal are covered by a standard 12 month warranty. By purchasing from Fetch A deal the consumer enters into a contract, and agrees to these Terms, the consumer relinquishes their rights under the competition & consumer Act 2010.

Fetch A Deal makes the guarantee that the products it sells are of acceptable quality and indemnifies itself under Australian consumer law.

We accept Change of Mind, However customers need to ship the product back to us at their own cost, also products must be in resell-able condition and with All The Original Packaging. Change of mind or exchange is limited to 21 days from original purchase date.
We will process a refund on product cost after inspecting the return goods, Allow up to 10 business days for refund to be processed to you.
